Storage & handling
Guidelines for storing peptides before and after reconstitution to preserve stability.
Before reconstitution
- Store lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides in a freezer at -20°C (-4°F) for long-term storage.
- If you plan to use a vial within a few weeks, refrigeration at 2–8°C (36–46°F) is sufficient.
- Keep vials in their original packaging, away from direct light and moisture.
After reconstitution
- Refrigerate reconstituted peptides at 2–8°C at all times.
- Most reconstituted peptides remain stable for roughly 2–4 weeks under refrigeration, though stability varies by compound — check the product page for specifics.
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can degrade peptide structure.
- Do not leave reconstituted vials at room temperature for extended periods.
General handling
- Always use sterile technique when drawing from or injecting into a vial.
- Avoid exposing vials to direct sunlight, heat, or vibration.
- Do not shake vials — swirl gently instead.
- Keep all products out of reach of children and animals.
- Dispose of needles and sharps in an approved sharps container.
Shipping
Temperature-sensitive items ship with cold-chain packaging where required. We recommend transferring products to a refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
